My tcl model 56110-sw will pair with my phone but not my tcl tv. Arc cord is connected. It worked at first but now won’t pair again. Please help.

Alto 6+ - been working fine, now I cant get the soundbar to work at all. been through the manual did everything it says to do. PCM is on, all cables are secured, can get the tv sound to work not the sound bar. Shut everything off, unplugged for 10 minutes. TV is muted. Help!
