Online Pay & W-2

Our pay schedule runs from Sunday through Saturday. You will receive your paycheck or direct deposit every Friday, depending on your local mail service.

We offer several options:

View Your Paystubs Online

  1. Go to www.paperlessemployee.com/allegis.
  2. To get started, click the “Create an Account” button.
  3. Enter your Employee ID number. You can locate your ID on the top left of your pay stub in the “Employee Data” section.
  4. Next, enter your Social Security Number and Date of Birth.
  5. Click the reCAPTCHA box to verify you are not a robot.
  6. Click the “Authenticate & Create Account” button.
  7. Complete the next screen and click the “Save and Continue” button.
  8. Next, set-up three personal security questions.
  9. Enter and verify your contact information. Click the “Save Notifications Option Settings” button.

Submitting A Payroll Inquiry

Aerotek contractors in the United States can now submit payroll inquiries via a Talent Community case. Alert us to issues regarding direct deposit, missing pay checks, discrepancy in your hours and other pay questions.

To submit a payroll inquiry through the Talent Community (available to current and former contractors):

  1. Log in to your Talent Community account ( www.connect.Aerotek.com )
  2. Click on “SUPPORT CENTER” and select “Payroll” from the drop-down menu
  3. In the grey box labeled “Don’t see what you’re looking for?”, select “Tax, Payroll, or Expense Issue” from the menu
  4. Fill in all fields on the "Tax, Payroll, or Expense Issue popup. Then select the “Submit Issue” button.

*Contractors outside of the United States should continue to contact their recruiter or local Aerotek office to report payroll inquiries.

W-2 Information

W-2 forms are mailed out the last week of January to the address we have on file as of January 1. If you have a different address from when you were employed with us, please contact the local office that employed you with your updated address information.

If you elect to receive your W-2 online, you will receive an email from CIC Plus when the online W-2 is available to view. If you have not received your W-2 by mid-February, you can request a reprint from the office that employed you.

View Your W-2 Online

  1. Log on to Pay Advice: www.paperlessemployee.com/allegis.
  2. Click on the “Manage Electronic Tax Statement Options" link.
  3. Scroll down to the “Electronic Statement Notification Options” section.
  4. Click the “Yes” button, this will register you to receive your tax statement electronically.
  5. Next, select how you would like to receive notification your tax statement(s) is available.
  6. Next, click on the “Save Notification Option Settings” button.
  7. A confirmation of your selections will appear in green at the top of the page.

Note: Once you have consented to receive your W-2 electronically, you will no longer receive paper copies in the mail and your preference will carry over to future years.
