In what format can my documents be submitted?

We will accept the following file formats JPEG, JPG, PNG and PDF. Photographs and documents captured, or saved, in these formats can be uploaded. If you encounter an error upon submission, check that your uploads comply with the accepted file format.

How big can the uploaded file be?

We will accept the following file formats up to 40MB.

Can I submit my document if it has multiple pages?

Yes, you can. The functionality exists to submit multiple document pages.

How long will it take to process my document?

A membership clerk will view your document to ensure it meets the requirement before processing it. We aim to process all documents received within 48 business hours.
